WHAT GOES ON AT THE WHITE HOUSE IS NOT NEARLY AS IMPORTANT AS WHAT GOES ON AT YOUR HOUSE

With the mid term elections here, it's hard to turn on the tv and not see campaign after campaign on so many issues. These ads create some of the most wild conversations amongst friends, family, coworkers. Everyone has their opinion on who you should vote for and why. We hear over and over, "they promised" "I heard" "well, they said." And We the people sit here and start to wonder how these candidates will affect our lives and in some cases how they will affect our wallets. But before you run off to the polls, determined to cast your vote based off "they said" and "they promised", I want you to remember that you are more in control of your own financial destiny then some politician. Do not sit around and wait for someone to maybe do something that may or may not impact your situation, someday. Now that's not to say voting is not important. Because it is. But don't delay and give up any more of your future based on what ifs. Be the hero in your own story and take control of you financial future today. And if you are not ready to be your own hero in your story yet, there's no problem reaching out to a coach for help. A good coach in your story can be like a guide. Every good story has a victim, a villain, a hero and a guide. Which one are you? If you don't like your story, change. Remember you are the author of your own story, not some candidate.
